We are getting the grip of Alassio. The Budela, the Muretta and the Muretta du Cani. The history is as always confusing with the ancient history interwoven with more recent events. Anyway Otto I from Magdeburg has a name here. The Sarasens, the Albengos, Bonapartes but no Bernadottes. Luca Ferrari gave the name to the port we are staying in. And the English nobility of course.

Outside The port Luca Ferrari a massive big pleasure yacht had put anchor and tender boats where shuttling the guests of the Saudi Prince to the port. The flag looked Danish with a Nassau touch to it.
