Negra - Toulouse 16- 17 April

We are going to make it to Toulouse on time, actually before time!

Hanging on in Negra, early morning. 3,2 km to next lock and want to be there in time. But the lock keeper could not open the lock so 30 minute wait in any case.

Port St-Sauveur, Toulouse, right in the centre of the city. Close to the old town and the river Garonne. Heard from Deborah, nephew Roberts French speaking wife, that she studied in Toulouse about 10 years ago. She gave us some tips as to what to visit.
We did visit IKEA to buy a mattress and pillows. Slept like logs on new soft mattress.

But before the sleeping Carl decided that we must have pizza. He is convinced that the pizzas in Toulouse are the best in France. Without any other direction than Carl's big nose we by shear luck came passed Grand Pizza restaurant that looked like a hole in the wall but turned out to be THE BEST PIZZA RESTAURANG in Toulouse. Long waiting queue and super pizzas. 😎😎 Carl is always right.
Guess who wrote this?

After a walk around beautiful Toulouse decided we needed some refreshment. Coffee and cake on board.
